The Quinlan project was on a substantial allotment in the original area of Torquay.

Our client initially requested a consultation to improve the aesthetics and functionality of the front yard with the inclusion of 20m lap pool.

As we looked to meet a budget and establish an agreed scope of works, the decision was made to reduce the size of the pool.

The project commenced with a total excavation of the front yard and culminated in a complete rejuvenation of the area, with poolside travertine paving , new lawns, mature trees and large format steppers.

This project was a great example of a design that fully utilised available space in a functional and aesthetically pleasing manner, with a finish that will last the test of time.
